TwinPrebioEnz project members MSc Milica Veljković, MSc Anja Petrov Ivanković and Dr. Katarina Banjanac, attended the 10th International Conference on Food chemistry & technology, which was held in Valencia, Spain, 25 – 27th November 2024. The conference, organized by United scientific group (nonprofit organization), was an ideal event for the knowledge exchange as well as for presenting scientific contributions in the field of food technology. MSc Milica Veljković gave a lecture on the topic “From Waste to Taste: Characterization and investigation of the prebiotic effect of sunflower meal extract on gut microbiota residents”.
